To ensure accounting standards are adhered to in providing quality service, the quality assurance team of Kreston, a global network of independent accounting firms, has visited its Nigerian office (KrestonOUC).
The Managing Partner, KrestonJamesCowper, United Kingdom, Mr. Robert Holland, said that the objective of the visit was to carry out quality assurance review on behalf of the global Kreston network.
Holland said that the reviews were meant to ensure that Kreston accounting firms located in about 110 countries operate with highest level of quality and consistency in the course of their works.
According to him, the visit will assist its Nigerian operation, headed by Mr. Andrew Uvaise, the Managing Partner of KrestonOUC, to keep abreast of the latest tools and techniques in standard accounting practice.
The Managing Partner, KrestonOUC, Andrew Uvaise, said the visit had further created confidence in its international partners.
Uvaise said that the visit of the team was also to ensure that minimum standards were applied, adding that all rules and regulations were followed in discharge of its duties.
