StarTimes Nigeria has launched new employment policy to pay 75% of Staff training. This is to encourage over 1,300 staff seeking professional development locally or internationally. The policy will strengthen its global competitive strategy.
The policy is to ensure our people keep up with international developments and best practices.
The new CEO, Justin Zhang has led the development of the policy. 75% of the total cost of training will be borne by Startimes, while the 25% to be paid by the staff.
The COO of the company, Mr Tunde Aina in a statement said “Capacity building for staff must be top priority for any responsible organization. We pride ourselves as one, with the interest of our entire workforce at heart hence the need to continually roll out friendly policies that seek to developing our people”.
